I am currently in the "trying" period, and this will be my 4th pregnancy, so I am very aware of what I need to ease my mind. Tummy Tie

I think all pregnant women hold off as long as possible before buying or simply wearing maternity clothes! Not that you can't find maternity clothes that are stylish, because you definitley can... but it's the feeling of wearing maternity clothes that gets me. It felt great to get out and actually do something more productive with my time instead of just going home and watching TV while waiting the hour for my son... and definitely more fun then coming home to do laundry! It seems that I struggle getting myself moving, {I'm usually tired} but once I start the workout, (even simply walking) my body knows what I need and pushes me. I always feel great after doing the stroller workout.
